5 Quick Best Hair Packs For Long Shiny Hair

Maintaining your hair is relatively easy with the right kind of steps. Hair is made of protein, so keeping a healthy diet and good hygiene is an essential part of maintaining luscious locks. But due to hectic routine we can not offer hair what they need. In such busy schedule we need some quick home remedies to nourish our hair in less possible time. For that, i have some Quick home remedies which won't take more than half an hour for your hair care. Here i am mentioning 5 best hair packs which will leave your hair look moisturize, shiny and healthy.


 1.Egg,Vitamin E & Oil:

Egg itself has tremendous effect on hair it nourishes hair so fast and provide all what it needs. For this mask you will one egg, one Vitamin E capsule and one spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Almond Oil (depends what suits you the most).

METHOD:

Break the egg in a bowl and beat it until it get fluffy texture then add vitamin E oil from the capsule and extra virgin olive oil or almond oil. Mix the ingredients and apply on your scalp and all over length of your hair. Leave for 30 mins and wash with cold water.

2.Yogurt, Egg white and Castor oil:

If you have dandruff and hair fall problem then this is the best hair pack to use twice a week. castor oil gives your hair volume and thickens your oil and fight against dandruff as well. For this hair pack you need 3 spoons yogurt (best if it is 2,3 days old), one spoon castor oil and egg white of one egg.

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and apply all over your hair. massage your scalp for 2-3 mins and leave the hair pack for almost 35 to 40 mins. wash with cold water.

3. Banana Hair Pack:

To add loads of moisture to your flaky, dull and dry hair, you can try banana mask for hair. Apply this once a week for healthy and shiny hair.

METHOD:

  1. Take one or two ripe bananas (according to hair length) and blend it. If the pulp is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk to it. The pulp should be smooth with no chunks or lumps with in it. (You can also add a tablespoon of olive oil).
  2. Dampen your hair before applying the mask. Apply the mashed mixture to the roots, scalp, hair, and hair ends.
This is more effective than expensive treatments in spas and parlors.

4.Avocado Egg Pack:

This pack is as hydrating as it is nourishing. The olive oil present in it is a natural conditioner that leaves your hair feeling soft. The proteins present in the eggs combined with the vitamins in avocado provide your hair with just the right amount of nourishment.

Method:


  1. Mash the avocado and mix it with egg until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Apply the mixture to your scalp and hair and wait for 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse the pack out with cool water.
  4. Shampoo and condition your hair.

5.Mayonnaise Egg Hair Pack:

Both mayonnaise and egg are rich in protein, and so this pack is fantastic for taming uncooperative hair.
Most of these hair packs take less than 5 minutes to prepare and will give you the same results as a commercial hair mask that is likely to cost you a lot more. With a little extra effort, your hair can be restored to its former glory in no time!

Method:

  1. Combine the ingredients until they form a smooth paste.
  2. Apply this mixture to your hair and leave it in for 30-45 minutes.
  3. Wash off with shampoo and condition.
  4. Use this pack once a week.

  • TIPS:
  • Wash your hair two to three times a week, max.
  • Avoid hot showers and shampoo your scalp, not your roots.
  • Towel-dry your hair before applying conditioner.
  • Brush your hair twice a day, from the bottom up. 
  • Use a low-heat setting for hair drying.
